    David Godchaux


    A global Real Estate professional with active interests in Investment Advisory, Brokerage, Asset Management and Property Management in emerging markets, David holds the position of CEO at Core Savills. Prior to joining Core Savills in 2014, David held various positions at NAI Global where he served as CEO to spearhead the firm’s Russia office, and increased its operations from 25 to 1,900 employees across 9 cities in Eastern Europe and Russia. In addition, David was previously Chairman of NAI Global’s Members Board for Europe, Middle East and Africa and was a member of the Global Leadership Board, where he was advising on emerging markets. He also joined their international team as Vice President and Managing Director - International License Sales, where he was responsible for all new international office license sales and on-boardings.

    David started his career in the treasury department of Caisse d'Epargne, France’s second largest bank, and his experience also includes working with AXA IM in the product development department in Paris.

    David holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance (Hons) from the University of Paris I, Sorbonne; a Bachelors Degree in Economics (Hons) and a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy and Formal Logics.

    He was a finalist for the ‘Commercial Real Estate Person of the Year’ award in Moscow for two consecutive years in 2012 and 2013. He ranked seventh in the list of the most influential real estate professionals in the city and in the top 100 most influential personalities of the real estate industry in Russia.

    David Abood

    Director – Head of Investment Sales

    David began his real estate career in Sydney, Australia and entered the UAE in 2005 working for Dubai Properties, a semi-government real estate pioneer developer, responsible for master community developments. He established Dubai Properties' auction house, which was responsible for sales of more than AED 1 billion. David was also involved with corporate sales and the strategic development of Business Bay before joining H&H Investments and Developments, where he oversaw the ongoing sales and leasing of a five million sq. ft. mixed-use portfolio.

    In 2008, David co-founded Core Commercial and has since been involved in the leasing of more than two million square feet of commercial space in Dubai, with property sales surpassing AED 1.5 billion. With strong local networks and client relationships across the UAE, David is the point of contact for many of the emirate's most influential commercial property investors and landlords.

    With over a decade of Middle East Real Estate experience, Joel is the Head of Commercial at Core Savills, taking a strategic role in leading the firm’s specialist Commercial Agency, World Wide Occupier Services, Industrial and Retail teams.

    The Australian has a comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market, joining Core Savills from the FTSE 250 company, IWG PLC (Regus), having led the group’s Dubai business as Area Director.

    Joel’s knowledge of transaction management, operations and business strategy, assist occupiers, owners and investors with requirements across the office, industrial, retail, leisure and hospitality sectors.

  • Rashpal

    Rashpal Heer

    Director, Head of Commercial Valuations

    Rashpal joined Core Savills in the summer of 2017 having spent over 20 years practicing in the UK and GCC, within the valuation, development consultancy and asset management sectors.

    Prior to joining Core Savills Rashpal headed up the UAE office for DTZ International / Cushman & Wakefield, providing valuation and development consultancy advice to various clients including international and regional developers, banks, pension funds, hoteliers and investment/holding companies. He has carried out large scale valuations, development appraisals and feasibility studies, including initial advice, on large scale mixed use developments on plots ranging in size up to 32 million square metres.

    Rashpal is supported by our market-leading research department. In addition our commercial, residential and investment agency teams are an invaluable resource providing the latest transactional data ensuring valuations are accurate and reliable.

    In 2017 Rashpal valued in excess of AED 100 billion of assets.

    Rashpal is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Registered Valuer (RICS), he is also certified by RERA/DLD.

    With over 19 years of experience within the real estate sector, Sean has played a pivotal role in leading some of the most experienced and trusted independent project sales and marketing companies in the Middle East and has extensive executive management experience in leading large multi-cultural teams on an international level.

    Originally from South Africa, Sean was Executive Director of the Rawson Properties group, and played a pivotal role in building and expanding Rawson Properties into one of Southern Africa’s largest property companies with a network of almost 200 franchises. He Conceptualised, launched and implemented new business units into the group such as Rawson Finance, Rawson Commercial, Rawson Auctions, Rawson Rentals & Yellowfin (Mortgage Origination). Sean also served as a board member of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa and Advised the Department of Trade and Industry on matters relating to and affecting 85,000 real-estate practitioners in South-Africa.

    Moving to Dubai in 2012, Sean has worked for some of the largest real estate developers in several countries across the MENA region, providing project sales and marketing services. Sean has also worked on a multitude of large scale mixed-use projects alongside brands such as the Four Seasons, St. Regis, The Address, and Anantara.

    As Director of Strategic Projects, Manisha is responsible for working with developers on exclusive to implement sales and marketing strategies and bring real estate projects to market.

    A globally experienced real estate professional, whose knowledge extends to luxury sales, business development, marketing and property investment consultancy, she has, most recently, played a pivotal role in developments at City Walk and the launch of the residential buildings at Bluewaters Island.

    Manisha began her real estate career in Toronto, Canada under her family's boutique real estate brokerage before taking on the Gulf markets in 2005, overseeing the implementation and execution of sales and marketing strategies for several major developments in Dubai, including Anantara Residences, The Palm and Muraba Residences, The Palm.

    Throughout her career in Dubai, Manisha has achieved approximately AED 1.3 billion in off-plan sales with a keen understanding of the fundamentals for driving sales in the off-plan market.

    An experienced real estate professional, Andrew Ausama leads Core Savills’ Abu Dhabi office as Associate Director, managing and transacting commercial and residential property throughout the capital.

    Before joining Core Savills in 2016, Andrew held a number of managerial roles mostly in the real estate and finance sectors in Australia. His career experiences include working on many commercial acquisitions for property investors, developers, as well as the foreign investor market. He was also involved in financial structuring and assessment of project and investment viability.

    Andrew is instrumental in managing the growth of the Abu Dhabi office, and acts as the lead in maintaining the company’s network/ portfolio of private and corporate clients.

    Prathyusha Gurrapu

    Head of Research

    Prathyusha has a post graduate degree in urban planning from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Kharagpur, one of the foremost institutions in India. She is also an architect with an in-depth understanding of design and sustainability. She has more than 9 years of experience in the diverse fields of real estate, architecture, urban planning and academics.

    Having worked with JLL India as a transaction manager, she has delivered assignments for major multinational industrial clients and is adept in transaction management, location advisory, real estate research and market analysis.

    She has also worked with Dar Al Handasah and CDM Smith in the roles of an architect and urban planner for key projects across Middle East and India.

    Joining Core Savills in 2015, Prathyusha now heads the research and advisory team. She has hands-on experience across the real estate development cycle and amalgamates her distinct skills to deliver strategic inputs to the team and clients at Core Savills.
