Tecom C is a freehold area in Dubai located adjacent to The Greens residential development, across from Dubai Media City. The area was developed by TECOM Investments, however unlike other areas developed by TECOM it is only open to firms with a DED license. The area is relatively new and has seen consistent increases in occupancy rates despite the large volume of supply that has been delivered over the last 18 to 24 months. Majority of the buildings in Tecom C have retail options on the ground floors and residential and office space on the higher floors. Tecom C is well connected due to its proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road and has access to the Dubai Metro as well.
The most prominent office space in the Tecom C area is Emaar Business Park, which is located just off Sheikh Zayed Road. Tenants within Emaar Business Park include Emaar, Deloitte, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Amlak Finance. Other towers in Tecom C include Executive Heights, Smart Heights and I Rise Dubai.
